QUALITY RESINS
Sattler Plastics offers a wide variety of quality-inspected engineering grade resins in regrind, virgin and reprocessed forms.
REGRINDS: All of our regrinds are carefully inspected prior to shipping to ensure quality and satisfaction. We have developed this extensive inspection process to meet the industry's increasing demand to provide our customers with quality resins that we can stand behind 100%.
VIRGIN: We have access to most major manufacturers' brands of virgin prime and off-grade resins.
REPROCESSED: We offer several stock items of reprocessed resins (ABS, NY 6/6, PC, PBT, etc.). In addition, we provide custom compounding and custom coloring services.

TOLL CLEANING AND SEPARATION
Sattler Plastics has developed several methods for removing co-mingled and foreign contaminates from resins. These processes were created to meet the constant demand for keeping potentially useful materials from the landfill. We have the ability to handle quantities from 2,000 lbs. to multiple truckloads.
We currently separate the following:
SILO CONTAMINATION: Material accidentally added to existing material in a silo.
BULK TRANSPORT CONTAMINATION: Contamination introduced due to inadequate cleaning of the bulk compartments or transportation accidents.
REGRIND CONTAMINATION: Material mixed during grinding.

ADDITIONAL SERVICES
Sattler Plastics also provides toll grinding, sifting and blending.
GRINDING: Our two 100 hp. Cumberland grinders, along with other volume-reduction equipment, give us the flexibility to handle most grinding jobs.
SIFTING: Our Rotex sifter gives us the capability to sift fines from regrind and other resins, producing a cleaner material that will be more uniform for better processability.
BLENDING: Our 2,000 lb. capacity blender allows us to provide our customers with en effecient method for blending color concentrates.
