Feed Screws for Straw and Wood Chips



Stoker Screws

Stoker screws are designed and constructed to feed straw into boiler systems.

Shredded straw is fed into the stoker screws. The screws compress the straw and choke feed the "cigar" shapes via a channel into the boiler. This method prevents combustion within the stoker screw system.
Stoker screws are also used for feeding wood chips into bucket elevators.
