AKAR MOULD AND PLASTIC INDUSTY
           
Our company is established on 1984 in ISTANBUL,TURKEY.We are involved in production of plastic injection moulds and injected thermoplastic products.Besides of many fields,main sectors are food,promotion,industrial and toys.Company is layed on 1200 sqmeter of closed area and consist of:
 
  Four main units :
 Unit I : Mould Desing and Research

            Research and developments are prepared by technic group of  8 persons with SURCAM,AUTOCAD,SURFCAM DESING PLUS,THINK DESING, RHINO3D ,   3D solid model programs.
 Unit II : Mould Production
            Mould production proceed with CNC controlled milling mechines,various lathes, grinding machines with 20 technical person
 Unit  III : Injection Moulding
            Injection moulding department has 9 computer controlled injection nachines working 3 shifts-day with 40 persons.Hygen taken care very much in this section.

  Unit IV : Quality Control,Assmbling and Packing
            Is carried out with 10 experienced persons.
