Suggested Bolt tightening torques for common bolt sizes

Important: Shown are the bolt tightening sequences for typical circular flanges. Do not completely tighten the bolts the first time around. This can tilt the flange out of parallel. The first time around tighten to approximately 1/2 of the final torque, then repeat the sequence, tightening to the recommended torque limit.
